Allbets has been given authority by the NSW Government (Under the Racing Administration Act NSW 1998) to accept Racing & Sports betting wagers by telephone and over the internet. Regulation is administered under the Act by the NSW Office of Liquor & Gaming NSW (L&G NSW).

Allbets is a member of the NSW Bookmaker's Co-Operative which is an association that guarantees payment of all winning bets placed with their members.

Telephone conversations with representatives of Allbets are recorded on a government-approved voice logging system for the security of both Allbets and its Customers.
